If they can't find the belt on the computer then they don't have it they won't even walk back to the belts and see if they have one that works

Had to replace the battery of my fob and hadn't done it before this. The staff spend a good 30 minutes with me and watching YouTube videos til we figured it out! Excellent customer service!!
