“I have gone to puffs every day for 6 months. Keith is consecutively kind and thorough. He has excellent customer service skills and always has a friendly smile. Keith is the only reason I continue to visit puffs as the other cashier Keke is absolutely dreadful. She threw a fit about exchanging Susan b Anthony coins and flat out refused to help me.
The 5 stars are only for Keith, if it was based on keke I wouldn’t give it a single star.
