In this circumstance I have to say the staff went above and beyond. I was in a bit of a bind with a last minute purchase I needed. The table would not fit in my car and they don't normally offer delivery but in this circumstance they were able to make it happen. Fantastic folks who bent over backwards for me!

I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who helped me today after Lowe's botched my washer-dryer install and I had to come to Coles to get what I needed to finish the job. He not only made sure I had everything I needed (without trying to upsell me), but also gave me great instructions for what to do. He was very nice about it and encouraged me that I could do it on my own. Well, it took a bit of elbow grease, but my appliances are up and running. He was such a huge help.

I want to give special recognition to one of your employees, Jordan. I am an older lady who is widowed. My DuraFlame heater wasn’t working right and as soon as I was looking at your heaters, Jordan asked if I needed help. This young man was fantastic. He came out to my car and got my heater, and took it to back room where he kept me posted on his progress. It turns out I had a bad connection on my bulb. He took the air gun and blew out all my filters then reassembled it. And then carried it back to my car!
