This is a place where the Amish/Mennonite community along with “English” folks can browse through items there. They carry books (story, cook and quilt books), socks, slips and all kinds of fabrics, notions and few jelly rolls.Keep in mind, cash only, no credit cards.

So many choices! All colors! Really nice place. A quilter's dream to find the right fabric. I however do not quilt but I do sew. I do a lot of Machine embroidery which Verna's Fabric didn't carry any books on Machine embroidery or machine embroidery products, like machine embroidery thread or machine embroidery designs. Oh well it's still a very nice fabric store and I did get a few things there to embroider on.
