Missy was the upmost amazing person ever with keeping in contact when trying to figure out a shed I liked and was very friendly and pleasant when meeting at the office and getting my delivery date set up. Not to mention how amazing the prices are on their buildings and how extremely quick they are to be able to deliver!!!! I highly recommend Yoder Barns & Outdoor Creations LLC!!!

I have been a customer for several years, paying six months in advance regularly for a small storage unit as overflow for our business. Yoder's never sends invoices or reminders in advance and only sends reminders of a late payment after the five day grace period (the 5th of any month, an effective and slimy scheme to increase revenue(!) by which time they can collect a late fee), and at which time I would pay another six months in advance. As I was preparing to vacate the space because storage at my home became available, I was communicating with Yoders in advance explaining our timing. A major family event happened and I could not move out by the 31st last month. I called Yoders on the 7th of this month to update them and pay the current month, at which time I learned I was 'late' and was told their would be a late fee. I asked for it to be waived as a courtesy given my history as good customer. These people gladly take your money months in advance but take every late fee despite only being 2 days past a deadline in some contract signed years ago, and despite the fact that you have been a customer who pays regularly and, again, months in advance on a biannual basis. Kevin, one of the 'owners' has ZERO sense on how to take care of customers, is patronizing in his tone, and even suggested that if I am willing to give up my 30something dollar security deposit, he would waive my $8 late fee. I got the impression he thinks I (a woman?) am stupid, and would think thats a deal??? With some customers it is NOT about the money Kevin! It's the principal and just decent customer service. And purely from a business perspective, surely I've saved Yoders eight dollars in administrative costs over the years by not making them handle and process one of my checks monthly. I ultimately paid my last months rent, including the late fee, on the 7th of the month, and will for sure vacate asap. I would NOT recommend this company, but recognize there are few options in this area - so just beware.

My sister and I Had Yoders build us one of their structures For a cabin in the woods. They are an honest and hard working crew! We finished the inside, and it turned out to be a perfect getaway for us. We both love it there.! Reasonable pricing and a wonderful company to work with!

The folks at Yoder Barns are great! I ordered a garage style shed last winter. They took me out into the yard to show me my options. We drew out exactly what I wanted, the colors,the windows, the doors, etc. The shed was delivered when they said it would, and it was EXACTLY what I ordered. Could not be happier with the purchase. It's been almost 2 years now, and it's just the same as when it was delivered. Good quality construction and materials. I would recommend them to anyone.
