The sales lady was very helpful but not satisfied with my purchase. Bought 2 recliners 1 was the floor model and the other 1 was ordered . Not even 3 weeks and the fabric is pulling away from the padding . Pickup our other one and told the salesman that was there what happened no satisfaction
