“This was the first time there. I needed an inspection and emissions. I was skeptical because of how some garages overcharge for things you don't need. Since I walked in the door I was greated by a nice man. He may have been the owner. He treated me professionally. He mentioned that it would be done around noon. Much to my surprise it was done around 10:30. Thats including his recommendation about a fuel injector cleaner. Bt the way there price for cleaning fuel injector was around $80.00 which is $60.00 cheaper than the dealership. I will be going back there for when my car needs service. Thank you and great job.”

“This crew at the Shelly rd Mavis are incredible. I had a loose valve in one of my tires, running late and on a doughnut. They fixed the tire and threw it back on within 10 mins. They didn't ask for payment, just did it out of the kindness of their hearts. Really great group of people. “We were visiting the area from VA when multiple lights and messages popped up on my dash. Afraid to make the long drive home, I searched for a nearby dealership while we sat at the park when I saw Wheels Automotive across the street. It was a Godsend. So, I stopped in, looking for an expert opinion. I was greeted kindly and within minutes, a friendly mechanic came to help me. He checked my oil and pulled the codes. We were assured that we were safe to make the trip home but advised to have the van checked out when we got home. The gentleman handed me the diagnostic printout and didn't even charge me! I seriously doubt I would have gotten that treatment at a dealership. I am so grateful to have found Wheels and such kind and helpful people! And I wish we lived closer so they could fix it for good!”
“I made an appointment to have my 93 Mazda Miata checked out, since I was not able to shift into gear. I thought it was a transmission problem, which they found out it was a clutch cylinder and sleeve, which took care of the problem. Now it shifts like it did when it was new. Dan and Tom are nice people to work with.”

“The whole staff team was friendly and greeted my mother and I at the door. Mike, the sales rep I worked with mostly, was super knowledgeable and helpful! He ran numbers for me multiple times with various lenders to get me the best rates with a down payment I could afford. I couldn’t be happier about my purchase! The manager that counted my down payment was so fun to chat with and also made me feel like I was making a great decision. I unfortunately forgot the reps name (his last name was hilariously appropriate for his job) but he also was very knowledgeable and spoke in a comforting tone. It was an all around smooth experience and I felt like I could trust the staff to provide me with the best options; not like they just wanted to make a sale. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.”

He has saved me thousands on repairs by sourcing hard to find parts. He will only replace parts that are needed. He is an old school mechanic and will troubleshoot an issue. The owner went out and helped his employee get the job done. Not because he had to, but because he's not afraid to get his hands dirty. That says alot about this place and the relationship they have with their employees, and their customers satisfaction.”

“Hi. We drove to the back of the facility. Drew came out to our car to see what we needed. We told him 1 head light. He told us okay with no issues. So we pulled into the facility, and he got right on the head light. All the folks working were very kind to my wife and I. We did not have to get out of our car. “After taking my car in to the dealer for inspection, they told me I would need several thousand $ for it to pass, plus they wanted to add all of these unnecessary services. Mark did the inspection for me and it cost a fraction of what the dealer wanted. Fantastic service! He showed me where the problem was and was very helpful to show what might be needed in the future. You just got another faithful customer!”
“This shop is great, i brought my 08 Pathfinder with a check engine light for an evap leak, dropped the car off the night before, they called me the next morning with a cost to fix, very reasonable price, they fixed it, picked up my car and all was good. About a week later the C/E light came on again, similar code for evap leak. called them, they told me to bring the car back, i was fully expecting them to charge more money to fix something else, they called me, said the car was ready, i went to pick it up and they said no charge, and the car is fine..... one is always reluctant to bring a car to a shop and i have had bad experiences with other shops in Quakertown, but i think i will keep coming to these guys in the future.”

“I always take my car to Auto Repair by Mikes and always have a great experience. This past week I had an exceptional experience that proves why I am a loyal customer. My car began having issues on Saturday and I was unable to drive it more than a short distance. I drove to Mike’s without an appointment, and although they’re booked for weeks with happy customers, they looked at my car in just a couple days and fixed the problem (for much cheaper than I anticipated). They didn’t have to fit my car in, but they went above & beyond and helped get my car back quickly.”
