Hands down the best vet. She’s been treating my pets for over 15 years. This practice is affordable, efficient, and the doctor is trustworthy! I highly recommend Dr Jamison and team for all pet care needs! She’s been an amazing veterinary professional but has also supported me through the passing of some of my pets. I’m truly thankful to have her as a veterinarian.

I think Dr Jamison is a great doctor and so happy we found her to care for our dog. My only complaint & dissatisfaction is when calling the office for advise no one picks up or returns our calls.

I could not be more thankful and appreciative of Kathy and her staff at Milford vet! My cat (recent rescue) got into food she shouldn’t have that burned her mouth and was having scary symptoms and without an appointment they took her in for emergency over night care! She couldn’t eat so they gave her liquids and fed her through a tube constantly. And I was worried constantly so I was calling to check in a lot but they didn’t get upset with me, Allison was very kind and answered all my questions and reassured me she’d always let me know what was going on. Kathy is one selfless woman, and people should understand the amount of animals she’s taking in even emergency situations. I’m so grateful because cold Quakertown vet told me they were gonna charge an insane amount when this woman has a heart for people and their animals. Highly recommend!!!

The technician Allison is so helpful and friendly. She was really helpful checking out and getting me scheduled with the vet. I brought my cat here because everywhere else just makes you feel like just another number but this place really cares. My cat mowgli came in and the vet was so caring for him and even recommended some new healthy alternatives for him. She was even able to cut his nails and the other place wanted me to put him on her anesthesia just to get the job done! Amazing place!! 20 stars!

very disappointed in dr. jameson’s bedside manner following a recent appointment. her lack of empathy, social awareness, and willingness to DO HER JOB is baffling for someone who is supposed to care for vulnerable animals. the affordability of this practice isn’t worth the lack of quality care - go elsewhere if you can.

I'd make it zero if I could.I have never had a more terrible experience with a veterinarian. I moved to Quakertown in 2018 but continued to bring my cats to my previous veterinarian, but the hour-long drive was very stressful for them. After Allison at the front desk helped me get their records transferred, I let her know I have 20 years of experience with cat care and fostering as a volunteer; the latter decade has been hospice fostering – entrusted with the most fragile cats.I brought my cat Zelda in for a checkup and I thought Dr. Jamison was a bit rough with her, but not hurtful. For my other cat, Oreo, I specifically told Allison that the ONLY appointment I'd make for him would be euthanasia. A cat that could vault over a baby gate now struggled to walk up a couple stairs. He was 16 years old. He was receiving Cosequin and this was in his records – along with EVERYTHING else. And he was in pain.I had to hold him in the car because he was a Norwegian Forest Cat mix and 27 pounds as my parents drove us to Dr. Jamison's office – 29 days after I brought my cat Zelda for a check-up and shots. She was sick for a couple days after. I sobbed as I held my suffering, elderly cat in the lobby – that reeks of ammonia. When we were called in, they put him on a metal table with no towels or any kind of comfort, Dr. Jamison started asking questions. Before I could answer any question, she'd talk over me and ask another, and I realized she likely hadn't read his file or notes at all. I begged her – with my DECADE of experience with hospice fostering work – to please end his suffering. After about 60 seconds, she said, “Well, then I can't help you.” And she walked out. The attached is the record I received. It's full of lies; he had broken teeth that I had recently discovered; however dental calculus - because I know how to remove it – was not present. My five-year-old stepdaughter writes better than this. My parents drove us back home, as I hugged my dying cat and sobbed. In the elevator, he urinated down my hip and I had to take my shoe off. After two DECADES of volunteerism, I've NEVER met someone who is a veterinarian and so absolutely heartless. It was three days before I received assistance from a friend, and for those three days – I got to watch him suffer, and I suffered alongside him knowing that I'd already prepared to say goodbye.

Her prices are what I expected. Other places have started me out with prices I expected, but then continually increased their service fee. She doesn't work to impress anyone, but she does seem to work hard. She's always very busy, and no one ever seems to be able to answer the phone.

Best vet around. Dr. Jameson is an animal lover who consistently goes above and beyond to help all of our furry family members out! She is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't go to any other vet!

Unfortunately we won't bring our pets back. My wife seen conflicting information online and brought it up. She was looking for clarification. I was in the waiting room when I heard the vet screeming at my wife. I don't care what my wife said, the only one you could hear yelling was the vet. The cheaper visit was not worth the panic attack my wife had to deal with after.

"Dr" Kathy Jamison is an animal abuser and should be reported as such. She SCREAMED at my sister and shook her cats crate with him inside around because she "was just having a bad day." My sister was there to get her animal checked out so she could fix the problem he was having, not be told to go elsewhere and that the food that millions of other pet owners feed their animals is "poison." Pet owners beware. This woman is toxic to your animals! I'm working on reporting her and I urge anyone who has had a similar experience with this woman, do the same.
