Stopped in on a weekend and spent ages looking through all of the antique, interesting things this spot has to offer! I personally LOVE post cards, and there are so many, most of which are filled out with love letters, letters to families, etc. dating back quite a bit. The woman working at the register, I believe she is the owner, was very kind and answered all of our questions happily. The prices were very reasonable and I ended up purchasing a lovely vintage perfume for $4! I look forward to the next time we stop by.

Lots to see. Nicely displayed. Mostly hats and ladies accessories but there’s some furniture and other things you might like. Worth a look. I’ll be back

Super friendly shopkeeper. Nice collection of goods. When weather is good she displays outdoors, as well as, inside.

I don't know how this lady stays in business -- because she keeps such sporadic hours. Was there on both Saturday and Sunday of last week -- and the place was closed. I was aware of an antique show in Milford that weekend, but why wasn't anyone else filling in for the owner? I have been here before, but never had much success in finding anything to my liking. I have been to yard sales that are much more organized than this place. Still, I have hope for Ann Street Antiques. Maybe this review will wake up the owner.

First time I saw this place, there were open signs everywhere and it was around noon on a Saturday. I saw a group of 4 people leaving. As I was walking in, a lady outside told me not to bother because the doors were locked, hence why the other group was walking away. We both ended up leaving disappointed and confused. The second time I stopped by, they were open and I found a beautiful piece of vintage jewelry, which I thought was priced a little high but I figured why not since it was unique. I noticed that pretty much nothing, especially the jewelry, had a price on it. Each item I picked up to show the owner, she would pause and then just say a price. Little odd because I wasn't sure if I could negotiate the price or not. I was looking forward to returning to search for more treasures today. I arrived 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close, but knew what I was looking for and was ready to buy. The owner greeted me outside and told me she was closing but if I wanted to I could look quick. She added she would even turn the lights back on for me, but reminded me again she was closing. The way the conversation flowed I felt like I would have been rude if I said yes I'd like to look even though it was before 5 and her open signs were still lit and on the sidewalk. I've worked in retail and was always told even if a customer walks in right at closing time, you never make them feel uncomfortable or turn them away. Major bummer since I've been looking forward to returning and now probably won't be back.
