Cashier was friendly but floor staff was to busy tasking to be of much help. I felt I was interrupting them asking a question. I received the shortest of responses when I did ask a question.

The staff is friendly and very professional. Although Harbor Freight tools are poor quality Chinese made, I found that the hammer drill bits and chisels I bought far exceeded my expectations.
