I had a storage unit for approximately one and one half years. Jamie was such a joy to work with that I feel sad that I won't speak with her in regard to storage again. Because of Jamie alone, I highly recommend Columbia Self Storage. In a world that is becoming increasingly rude, she is a breath of fresh air. I can't recommend her and this company enough. May she always be happy within this company.

Jamie is a very person 2 talk 2 she seems 2 no her job the 2 issues I have with your company I s y would u open at 10 on sundays n 7 monday thr saturday most all people work during the week n the ti.e people can move is the weekends n the other problem I have is if iam 1 day late for paying my monthly bill u lock my unit down yhe next day well my deposit im waiting for I expect it in no later a week not 30days u get ur money right away but we have 2 wait a month im going 2 find out from the labor board 2 see if whet u guys r doing is even leagsi

I simply called to ask for prices as I am comparing different storage places to see which is in the best price range for my budget. Michelle answers and tells me that she doesn't have the prices right now and that I must call back in 20 minutes to ask the manager for them. I call back 5 mins later and just ask Michelle for two unit prices and she gives them to me no problem. At this point I'm completely frustrated, so I come on here and the first post I see is "manager Michelle is awesome to work with." So your the dang manager Michelle, you lied to me, and u refused to help me obtain the information i needed to decide what unit I will go with. Well guess what, you WOULD have gotten my business bc your the cheapest but I'll pay more to NOT deal with this drama. You just lost a customer!!!
