Dude works from his living room with absolutely no signs of a business. He actually made matters worse for my computer. He told me 40.00 over the phone, knew he didn't do anything to help me, instead of sticking to that 40.00 he charged me 80.00 and didn't even return my call when I tried to follow up with him with some questions.

Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, honest and extremely fast. Tommy, despite being very busy, set to work on my computer as soon as I arrived. He called the next morning at 9:00am say it was FIXED! He explained everything to me, in detail, and fixed my computer in LESS THAN 24 hours. Just amazing... I have been to many places and have been bitten by scam artists before. I only wish I had come here first.
