Wouldn't ever do buisness with att again.The old manger Eli was a con artist he had my bill so messed up and wouldn't fix it .Then never sent a phone back I traded in and att charged me full price for it and he also added a temp line to my account that didn't have a device hooked up to it. I called att and the district manager nothing got done it was a run around. The new manager Patrick tried to get it fixed but att wouldn't do anything once again. I dealt with it for four months it all happened at the mill hall store . Long story short don't go to att for cell service unless you want a 1900 dollar bill like I got because of poor management.

Yes you see I choose to give said AT&T you see i had gotten the galaxy fold 3 before anyone in the area and not only did they fail to protect my phone properly they didnt offer to work with me on making phone payments and I had a single pixel die and they wouldnt put me in contact with samsung to have said pixel repaired

Horrible service. They told me “they couldn’t see how much my plan would be yet” and then said I would have to wait until I got my first bill. I get my first bill and for one phone it is $200 because the guy added a bunch of add ons and put my plan as the highest priced plan available when I asked for the starter plan. Be careful.

The representatives at the Mill Hall, PA store are very friendly and helpful. All of my information from my old phone was transferred to my new phone and the process was seamless.

Worst service I’ve ever received. I’ve was lied to about the deals going on and never received my trade in on one of my phones.Call and try to fix the problem and go to the store I always get the run around. When told I will be called back I never am. AT&T support over the phone has been great the only issues I have had is with the Mill Hall Pennsylvania Store. I highly recommend you go to a different store to deal with AT&T

I go to this location regularly to pay my bill. They are always prompt with service or info. During this visit I came for a new phone and got one ordered very quickly. A big thanks to Summer for getting it all together.
