Complained several times about water entering and dampness. I check on my stuff periodically and there was rat and bird p*** on my items. I was advised to set mouse traps? One day i drive out there to get some stuff, someone plowed the snow and let it sit there at my storage unit foor until it froze. I couldn't even get in.
