I don’t love posting bad reviews but I can only take terrible business practices so many times before I need to say something. I have avoided both nail salons in Mill Hall for years because I have never had wonderful experiences at either place. But, I was here a week and a half ago for a regular pedicure. Understanding it’s a weekend, (Sunday) I waited to be sat for approximately a half hour. Fine. Once sat, a friend and I probably sat for another 20 minutes or so until we were actually seen. I had the older gentleman working on me. He was very kind during the whole experience but I came out unsatisfied. Fast forward to today, I go to see my usual nail tech for a manicure and I mention the pedi I had done here and she looks at and tells me I’ve been ripped off. They failed to cure my entire left foot. The gel polish that was used came right off with acetone. They did not cut or shape my nails at all when I remember asking him to do both. I have an event this weekend and I went to number one to make my life easier to save myself the trouble of having to do it myself, but here I am two days out from my event having to do it myself! Not pleased at all.

I had a great time here! My pedicure was amazing and I felt great afterwards! Lin, who did my pedicure, was very nice and knew what she was doing! I would definitely recommend coming here if you need a pedicure or a manicure!

Tina did amazing work & so efficient. Great in conversation. I saw a photo on their website of nails & wanted it a different color. So happy with the outcome. Heard of Tina being really good & surely lived up to her reputation.

Cleanliness: Store was much cleaner than State College nail salons.
Stylist: Gene is the owner and he is exceptional good a fench manicures.

A friend & myself went in for a pedi this morning (I called a few days ago to book it) they were busy, but they got us in a chair right away. We chose the regular pedicure with gel polish & paid $40. My feet look as if they were BARELY touched! I was in the chair 20 mins max! My heels are still super rough & my cuticles around my toenails look like they were never touched! The man who did mine barely touched/scrubbed my feet. I work in the service industry, I’m all about great service & tipping. However, this pedicure DID NOT deserve a tip! We leave for vacation tonight & I had to come home & soak my feet & scrub them with a pumice stone to even make them look half decent. Had I wanted to scrub them myself, I certainly would NOT have paid $40 for someone else to “attempt” to clean them up! If you use this place, DO NOT let the old man service you! What a waste of $$!

My daughter and I went in for acrylics and pedicures (gel). Her acrylic nail broke within 2 days. They are very thick and lumpy as well. For mine, I asked for square, they gave me some rounded shape that I can't even find on Google. Charged me extra even though they didn't do what I asked. Mine are thick, not painted all around, and lumpy. My gel pedicure didn't even last a week. I won't be back.

Me and daughter went first manicure for both.there was a wait but they did great ?.if you Don't want a guy doing your nails just say I'll wait for a lady and it's fine

I was told the guy who does pedicures pretends to actually cut cuticles and remove dead skin. I didn’t believe it until I left with the same nails I went in with. It’s the old guy. Who also is very creepy. He purposely kept digging into the curve of my foot to make me uncomfortable because I was staring at the wall and he was just looking at me laughing. Dont waste your time OR money. I should’ve walked out when I saw him. Absolutely terrible.
