I’ve had tom twice now and he did a really nice job. I was recommending this place to people because I was very pleased with my experience. I had an appointment booked with tom again today but when I got there he wasn’t there. I waited a half hour for my appointment which under normal circumstances wouldn’t bother me but when I wait a half an hour for my nails to look the way they do…no thank you.
Anyway, someone other than tom ends up taking me for my appointment. No one said a word about my scheduled tech not being there to do my nails. Tom had done such a good job the past two times that I thought I would give it a try. Big mistake. Could tell almost instantly that this fill would not be the same quality as my previous ones.
The last photo is how I wanted my nails to look but after seeing the thin lines that were supposed to be the black tips, I asked him to just paint my nails black. He seemed annoyed and asked why I didn’t say that in the beginning as if I actually wanted my nails to be all black and wasn’t just concerned about how much worse my nails were going to look if I let him carry on with what he was trying to do originally.
Jokes on me because this looks awful too. Several of my nails are different shapes and I’m not sure what shape he was going for with my thumb but it's embarrassing how crooked it is. My nails look way too thick because there’s way too many layers of paint on them.
I never leave bad reviews but when you pay $60 for something and it ends up looking like this, plus the money I’m going to have to pay someone else to fix it, and consider the amount of time I wasted…you feel compelled to🤷🏻♀️

Peter has always been the nicest person and great at providing my nails the service that I desire. I don't know what I would do without him!! He is a blessing.

Wifes appointment was 4:30pm. We got there at 4:10 she started getting her old nails removed. She was ready to get her new ones on. The lasy decided to take someone wcheduled at 7pm when it is 5pm instead of getting to my wife who's been waiting for almost an hour to get it done. Needless to say a 3.5 hour wait even past closing time is unacceptable. They need to learn time management and priorities better. Professionally speaking an appointment at 7pm has no rule over an appointment at 4:30 if the client was here early and has already been started. Horrible service.

We went there recently and they were turning away people left and right because they didn’t have enough help. When you pay $50-$60 dollars for a pedicure they should try to accommodate you. There’s one woman there that won’t wait on anyone unless you make an appointment with her. She just sits there on her phone or stands out front and smokes cigarettes. I don’t see how they stay in business. We’re definitely going elsewhere from now on. Rant over, bye bye O Nails!Services: Pedicure

Unsanitary, rude manager, and John will give you a painful service. I wouldn't recommend going.

I loved this nail salon I could definitely tell they knew what they were doing and my nail’s definitely look the best I have ever seen them. The staff was very nice and polite. The prices are actually pretty reasonable as well. 5 stars from me.
