I’m trying to DoorDash and there’s two people making food on a Saturday night and there doing all the inperson orders while all the doordashes sit at the top of the screen. I was supposed to deliver the food 30 minutes ago.

Ordered food at 12:20 after a long day of school activities. Didn’t get to eat anything other than a sandwich around 10am. So going on 14 hours without food. I go to sheets cause there open and out in my order with 13 orders before me. 5 orders stack up behind me. I am there for 45 min and decide it’s. I longer worth it a little after 1pm. I get a refund and go home. I will go to bed hungry and never forget how sheets treats there people so bad that they are understaffed and will forever blame sheets not the people working this location. They do there best corporate won’t hire people and staff one person at night in the kitchen like da fwaq!!

The greeted me both coming in and leaving the store. Never have had anyone do that at a sheetz before! Bathroom was very clean.

Whats the point of doing curb side pickup, checking in 15 minutes before the pickup time as told, only to wait 20 minutes after the pickup time before finally going in and seeing it just sitting there at mobile pickup? Kind of defeats the entire purpose. At least call me and tell me so I'm not sitting there over half an hour.

Cashier didn’t scan my $5 food ticket but scanned all my other things including tobacco. I showed the kitchen people I was charged $27 something after waiting while he went up to print my receipt after said food has been sitting there. They wanted me to go get back into line to pay. Again. No thanks you can throw it out. Cashier also messed up the guy behind me who prepaid gas and he had to come back in and get back into line.

Absolutely horrible. Do NOT place a curbside order here. You will never receive it. Multiple times multiple issues with this. Waited 45 minutes for my order that was ordered curbside to never be fulfilled. Would give -5 stars if I could. DO BETTER SHEETZ

For the second time in two weeks my family ordered food through the app, and both times our orders were missing items and/or wrong! The first time, my husband pointed out that we were missing a fountain drink. He was told to get it himself, they were too busy. Also his taco salad was missing chili when we ordered extra. After contacting Sheetz via email we received a free drink and MTO item in the app.
Today we were missing a 5 piece chicken tenders. My husband called the store and was asked, “What do you want me to do about it?” by the Hospitality Manager on duty. What we want is for you to prepare the order correctly the FIRST time! And learn how to talk to people respectfully!
Oh, and don’t bother thanking me for bringing this to your attention. Deal with your employees!
