It was a dream of mine to visit Fallingwater and I finally had the opportunity to do so. It was so worthwhile. Breathtaking beauty in terms of setting , design, planning, vision, engineering and history of development. simply stunning! Left feeling so fulfilled by the beauty and so glad that I finally made it. Our guide, er I mean our 'educator' :) , had comprehensive knowledge and was able to answer even the most trivial questions or all of the technical questions. Shed some information that I was not aware of and I thought I already had a high level of knowledge of the Kaufman's and FLW. Shows you are always learning! Highly recommend making advance reservations.

What a beautiful spot surrounding some fascinating design and local history. During busy times reserve a house tour in advance. House tours were sold out but we reserved a grounds pass and it was still worth the trip. Well maintained walking paths, friendly staff, and a beautiful visitor center that blends with the natural environment. Cafe was good but a bit pricey. We might try lunch in nearby Bear Run next time. We'll be back to see inside this iconic house!

We stopped here on a family vacation. If you don't ticket in advance you probably won't get a tour. I did see one couple get in on a tour by asking, but groups of about 12 at a time are already pretty cramped trying to squeeze in to individual rooms. Each person gets a wireless earpiece so you can hear the tour guide whole going through the house. It is really a special place, worth a visit.

Visited for the exterior only tour twice. Can walk around and see inside through windows easily enough. One of the exterior terraces with a great view inside can also be accessed unless preservation work is in progress. Don't forget to take a walk to the Paradise Overlook, a beautiful scene with the sound and sight of the Youghiogheny River!

I honestly had no idea what to expect going here, but since my childhood, I always hoped I'd make it here.Every facet of the experience seems to have been addressed to make it excellent in every way. From the entrance, the welcome center, beverage center, gift shop, walking tour host with Bluetooth headset, walking tour of the house and grounds, and even umbrellas.Thank you to the caretakers and overseers of the organization! This was everything to fill my heart, interest in art, architecture, nature, and hippie vibe, all wrapped up in one place!

March 2024- "Guided tours will experience no disruption and the house’s interior rooms, terraces, and grounds, including the iconic classic view, will be fully accessible" - this is not true from what we experienced. Scaffolding and tarped exterior walls, exterior sculptures were boxed and out of view, not able to walk onto first terrace, and no movie theater experience at the end.Tour guides now also use an earpiece to narrate the tour which adds no value for a $39 personalized tour - I say this, because I have been on many incredible tours here with a better experience with real conversations rather than an earpiece that distances a guest rather than drawing them in with a personal experience.Have visited here with three generations of our family now for over 20 years, and this 2024 experience was not what was ordinarily an incredible visit. Not only was it a letdown to have the abrupt end of a quick and mediocre tour without the theater experience at the end now (COVID is no longer a reason to not have the theater open and operating in 2024), but there were literally 6 staff waiting with a tactless vacation timeshare style sales pitch at the end asking for more money to invest in making it a better experience for tours like ours - though the tour is quicker and more restricted than ever. Not a great end to a lackluster tour after paying $152 to tour with our family of four, to be asked for more money. It frustrates me to have to write all of this, but others should know so there is no disappointment.

We had a beautiful, informative tour of Fallingwater last Friday. Our tour guide was outstanding-knowledgeable, humorous and kind. It was our first tour of a Frank Lloyd Wright property and we will be highly recommending it.

Truly amazing FLW masterpiece. Didn't want to leave, am jealous of the Kaufmans.

I was there in February, when only the outside tour is possible. Maybe even better because it wasn't crowded, even if I would have gladly gone on a guided tour. Really impressive!!! A must-see! Here I recharged my batteries in nature and enjoyed the architectural masterpiece for about 2 hours.Footnote! It (the terrace) was partially covered with PVC film, but I don't know whether it is because of the snow and winter or as part of the restoration work until 2026. It spoils the pictures a little, but not the real impression when you look with your heart.

A cousin that lives in the US drove me to this iconic house. I am grateful for having the chance to see it in person. While it has details that excite the average person, the residence also has many flaws so overall I think it's overrated perhaps because of the architect's status which is a big deal in the USA.
