Normally I have a GREAT experience here. The staffing is a joke nowadays. You walk in to the checkin window, they're laughing and distracted and they check you in when its convenient for them. They watch tiktok videos where all patients can physically see them. The only reason I still go is because I love the physician I see. Over the past two years this place has crumbled and I've Gone here my whole life. I feel either its a 2 hour wait or when I actually had a serious issue they rushed me out. This placed used to be great

This office is no longer Pinnacle and is now Hamilton health. Worst decision they could have made. Btw they do NOT accept Tricare like they state.

Normally not that long of a wait. Quick to get into most days you call. Have had an overall good experience going here.

I gave this office a disc of my personal medical records when I became a patient here in August after moving from out of state. Go to the office for an appointment in December to find out my records are still not on file. Go back for another appointment in January and realize my records are still not on file. Continued to ask about my records to find out that they have been misplaced and no one has any clue of where my disc with all of my medical records is. A medical office should know how to properly handle medical records. If it wasn't for the fact that my insurance is not accepted by other providers in the area, I would be switching to a different Family Care practice.
