From the moment we walked through the door of Bella Manse for our cake tasting, we knew we were in the right place. Renee just exudes a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe. It was imperative for us that our wedding cake taste fabulous; and Renee's cakes spoke for themselves. We chose lemon with blueberry filling AND chocolate with salted caramel filling; because they were so good, we could not choose just one! Renee guided us in choosing the best layer count and size according to our vision AND did not oversell our needs. We chose the final frosting texture and provided fresh flowers with which she decorated the cake on wedding day. This cake was everything we hoped for! Thanks, Renee!

Renee is a master of wedding cakes- no seriously, not only was our wedding cake stunning and exactly what we envisioned/requested, but the flavor (we chose white with the vanilla/raspberry mousse) was to die for; it was both sophisticated and delicious. And she offers so many other flavor options, it was hard to pick just one. Our guests loved it (and of course, so did we). Renee is so pleasant and easy to work with as well. Renee was absolutely wonderful in helping us to select our flavors, size and overall look for our cake. We continue to get compliments on a champagne flavored cake that was also moist as all get out! The taste testing was fun, convenient and the location was so cool! We had a ton of fun designing this special cake with Renee and would recommend her HIGHLY if you're looking for beauty, taste and a plethora of options in terms of your overall look. Renee did such a great job on our wedding cake! I knew she's the one the second I tried her cake samplers. We're so glad we found her, and the cake is such a lovely addition to our wedding. We'll come back to her for sure if we ever need cakes for any of our future events.

Renee was awesome! We did a dessert bar through our caterer for the wedding, but we wanted a cake for cutting purposes. We chose a chocolate cake with an oreo filling and it was absolutely amazing! She delivered it right to the venue for us too, which was super convenient! Highly recommend her!

I had a slice of her cake at a birthday party. When I arrived, I did not realize it was a cake because the icing was so perfectly applied. Someone had added matching flowers.I don't usually eat cake at these events since bought cake is generally dry and bland. But not this one. The rich flavor and texture was even better than promised by its beauty. It was all I could do to resist my greedy desire for another slice.

My wife and I had our wedding yesterday, October 31st, 2020 and our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful!! Three tier, black fondant with red roses cascading down the length of the cake.As soon as we saw previous photographs of Renee’s work, we knew we needed her as our cake baker! What a wonderful experience it was from cake tasting to the day of the wedding. Renee is an incredible baker! We met her at Drumore's food tasting, her cake was incredible and the extra bonus? All her recipes were her grandmother's! We LOVED that and the cake, so we booked our cake tasting that week! Every single cake we tasted was amazing, it made it hard to pick just a few! Then we had to re-plan our wedding-thanks to Covid, and Renee was more than understanding! We planned to push our bigger celebration to next year and have a smaller ceremony this year. Renee made an incredible cake for this year, and we cannot wait to have her repeat it for next year!

I highly recommend Renee from Bella Manse. She was wonderful! She sat down with our daughter and fiancé and together they designed a beautiful 3 tier wedding cake with 2 different fillings. Renee was spot on with her creation! It was gorgeous. She communicated well with us and was very accessible which we appreciated. The cake was delivered to Drumore Estate promptly and fresh flowers from Sandra Porterfield added the final touch to the cake. In addition to being beautiful to look at, everybody commented on the taste. The cake was moist, the fillings and buttercream icing were delicious. We could not have been more pleased! The cake was the highest quality and added much to the wedding day!
