You have to go early in the morning when they’re not as busy and the older women are working because they actually care about their jobs! If you go in the evening when there’s a bunch of teenagers working, they don’t make your order correctly. Smoothies will taste like water with a hint of flavor.

Food is always ready before I get there when I order on the app. Great service. Word to the wise: just pass on the edible straw. I'm a bigger tree hugger than most, but the straw does not hold up and what it dissolves into isn't pleasant. Just use your own reusable one.

I use them occasionally through Door Dash and never had a bad smoothie or experience with pick up from here.

Great service, great sandwich and clean restaurant I ordered a paradise point point and a bacon turkey sandwich. Best tropical smoothie in Lancaster.

I'd never been in here before their flip-flop day free smoothie where I also got a Lean Machine smoothie- it was a little silly to offer a "lean" smoothie with fat burners and added sugar, but leaving out the sugar was no problem and both my smoothies, the free one and the Lean Machine, were excellent. The food I saw coming out looked great too, I plan to come back and give it a try.

I call to place a order on the phone and they said they don’t do phone order only online order but at the other tropical location they do phone order so why not this one

I’ve had my issues with this location. Usually minor, but sometimes more than a little inconvenient.But the reason I’m leaving a good rating is due to how the owner (I’m assuming it was the owner) has handled my most recent issue. He went above and beyond, and I am quite impressed with how much care he took to provide good customer service. I look forward to ordering from them again in the future. Though, until they sort out their issues with their delivery service, I’ll be sticking to picking it up myself.

The cafe is clean and well taken care of and the employee who helped me out was polite and did a good job with my food.Parking: Shared parking lot with other businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: Shared handicap parking with other businesses and a handicap friendly doorway.

This tropical smoothie is significantly more expensive then the others in our area. I ordered a peanut paradise. It came out to 6.99. That's about .75-$1 more then other locations. Also my smoothie cup wasn't even full! It's was about 1.5 inches below the brim......whats the point of a upward domed lid if your nit eveb gona fill the cup and I know there was still smoothie in the blender!

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews because we are all make mistakes I enjoy going to tropical smoothie but it's been several times now I order and my smoothies are literally juice they really should create a system where they keep smoothies in a freezer or cool place I always order the chai banana boost and the last couple times I feel like I'm drinking milk there's no smoothie feeling super disappointed

This was my first time here and it’s a nice little place with a good looking menu. I had the mango magic smoothie and it was perfect! Definitely a place to check out and I’ll be back.

don't go to this location! the employee was some dude who was on his phone while making the smoothies. i love tropical smoothie but sadly this location always screws up my order. this was the last straw for me, tons of mango chunks were getting caught in my straw so i went to dump it down the sink and the fruit chunks at the bottom were huge (photo for proof!) it used to be a blessing having a healthy food place so close to campus but i'd rather not keep wasting my money.

The smoothie/wrap combo @ Tropical Smoothie is great! The thai chicken wraps are my absolute favorite. I love that I can use the app to order & it's ready to be picked up within 10-15 minutes. So easy for me to use on a night that it's only me eating.
