Wish I cld go into negative stars because u don't even deserve 1 star got 3 employees working supposedly I walk in 1 goes outside to talk 1 stands there behind the counter I'm standing at the register the other lady walks out and says what do you want? Now there are 2 registers and I'm at the right side, so after my nice getting I just say can I put money on here handing her my phone with cashapp barcode and she says over here meaning on the left cash register and the is a sign up saying register close so I slide it to the middle so I can hand her my phone, literally says to me you didn't have to close that. I said huh? I didn't close anything lol and she says u didn't have to move the sign I'm on both registers so I politely reply then u could have rung me up over there right u just wanted to do it that way on purpose, so then after that I politely say u hate ur job and people so much the door is literally right there leave, minus saying leave anyway, but everytime I go in there it's so nice seeing all those upside down smiles, and it's seriously becoming the norm everywhere anymore, I am so sick of having to deal with ignorance and rudeness everywhere, alot of ppl are begging for jobs rite now, be happy u at least have a job.... it's like since covid everyone is so triggered, news flash customers come first fake a smile like I do, who knows it might even make u accidentally happy once in a while. W/o customers u have no job, and no business fyi

I went in to get a cup of coffee both the of the spouts were draining I think I asked what’s up with the coffee I wanted a cup .The guy caught an attitude using sarcasmThe blonde women was nice she said it should take a few minutes But the guy got twisted out of shape and was deliberately doing nothing So they got another bad review I’ve been there a few times and it’s hit or miss with there attitudes 4/28/24 around 2:15

Can you say gross? No hot food, and so we bought cold food and heated it up. It was overpriced and repulsive. We didn’t eat it and will be bringing it back in the morning in hopes to at least get our money back. Disgusting. Our cold drinks were warm, our cold food was definitely not cold enough, and tasted like it was drastically past expiration date. Repulsive. Would love to speak with the owner of this franchise.

Worst 7/11 I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to A LOT of them…48 states and many in each state and this is hands down the worst one. The food I got tonight was the straw that broke this camels back. I want my money back. Absolutely disgusting and couldn’t be stomached.

GAS PRICES ARE ALWAYS SKY HIGH!!!EVERYWHERE ELSE. GAS prices are approximately 30 cents HIGHER .... GAS IS $3.89 gallon, I got gas in Vero a near my son's house, it was $1.59 a gallon !!!I mentioned it to the guy who was working there and he said ' oh well, people pay it! Especially ones, who don't pay attention!'EVERYWHERE ELSE prices are much lower ALWAYS !!! I will NEVY buy gas there again? Fill up anywhere else! ???

The overnight granma was first off is completely unprofessional and on top of that was extremely discriminatory towards me. I swiped my card and the machine was waiting for her to approved. so I grabbed for me bag after it said approved and she swiped at the bag as if I was stealing it.. she stated that it doesn't matter the race I grab the bag before its completly approved. Never get my money ever again EVER.

The overnight granma was first off is completely unprofessional and on top of that was extremely discriminatory towards me. I swiped my card and the machine was waiting for her to approved. so I grabbed for me bag after it said approved and she swiped at the bag as if I was stealing it.. she stated that it doesn't matter the race I grab the bag before its completly approved. Never get my money ever again EVER.

I don't know why this listing says "open 24 hours, updated 1 week ago" because they're never open 24 hours. Every day they close early at a different time each day. Many people in Millvale complain in the Millvale Peeps group on Facebook about the location closing as early as 2:00 PM some days. My husband just went down there this morning for gas and cigarettes. He said there was a handwritten sign on the door stating their new hours are 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Friday only. He was there at 6:40 AM on a Wednesday, during the posted hours on their sign, but they were closed. He had to drive to Shaler for the nearest open gas station. The hours aren't the only issue. Most of the time the store is low or out of stock of many items. When my husband asked about this once, he said the cashier said you have to show up on delivery day or else they are usually out of stock the rest of the week. People on Millvale Peeps have complained about expired products on the shelves and rude staff members. Two months ago when my husband went in, he said an older lady cashier greeted him by saying "what do you want?" in a rude tone and when he asked for cigarettes, she slammed them down on the counter. There were never any problems with this location when it was a Sunoco / A-Plus. This all started when 7-Eleven took over. I won't go back to this store until they straighten out their issues with hours, stock, and staffing.An added note - I did also contact 7-Eleven directly via their website the same day I left this review and gave them the same information, along with the address information for the local store. Hopefully they make some changes.

I just went to 7 11 in millvale on grant ave. and they were closed by 830pm even though the sign says 10pm. This has been reported but nothing seems to be done. It's sad that the store cant keep regular hrs like they did before it became 7 11. The older lady is rude to many customers and they never seem to have to stock done correctly. So many boxes filled and sitting in the walk ways but no one putting it on shelves.
