“I can't say enough good thing about Houser's! They were so friendly and easy to work with. I damaged my car by hitting a parked car in a parking lot, but they didn't make me feel like an idiot! They were very professional and worked with me on scheduling to get my car back before I left for vacation. They worked well my insurance company and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do. I drive a VW, and they used VW parts rather than aftermarket ones, so everything fit together perfectly. They also went way above and beyond by using the leftover paint to touch up chips all over the car! Never expected that! When I picked it up, it looked better that it did when I got it! I'm so glad I went to Houser's. They really take great pride in their craftsmanship and value their customers. From now on, they are my go-to body shop, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.”
