Very clean. Only things keeping it from being a 5 star are the mattresses, pillows and some minor maintenance issues. Otherwise its nice, fairly quiet and is across from a huge antique mall.

Ok place, small rooms, and definitely not worth $500 a night. And not nice to bump price up, just because something is going on, at the college.
