“If you are like me old school but not old you remember something called customer service. Let me tell you it is alive and well at M & T Bank in Milton, PA. I wasn’t 2 steps in the door and I was greeted with a happy and bubbly “hello how can I help you”. The service was simply fabulous from the start and it stayed that way. I was early for my appointment and the gentlemen I was to meet with was happy to meet with me immediately and could not have been more helpful. I only wish I had a way with words to give them the proper praise they deserve. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had noteworthy service. Honestly I think I had given up after countless interactions at stores like Lowes where I was made feel like I was bothering employees when i asked a question and it was clear by their grimace they weren’t happy they had to stop looking at their phone. I will be an M & T customer for life and will gladly steer family and friends their direction. Give them a try. I promise you will be glad you did.”
