She stayed on top of communication via email and even gave me heads up on a sale that I would've missed otherwise. She was very caring and invested in bringing our vision to life. We will definitely be going back to make other rooms as cozy as this now is! Side notes: installation was fast (once the installers were there, we did order a special order carpet, so that took a couple weeks), the crew was courteous in placing down floor coverings for the other parts of the house that would see traffic while there.”
