I was given a prescription of 56 pills and only 14 were filled
Well I knew something wasn't right
I usually get 30-56 pills
When I called custom care the lady was so sure I was wrong
I asked her to find out what the writing on my prescription meant
One was OC and one was NS
And some have a big C written on it
She couldn't tell what those handwritten letters on bottle
So I have a right to know every mark and handwritten things on my prescription
She then said I think it's an initial of tech
So I asked who
She said she couldn't tell me that info
She was snobby and had me on hold for 30 minutes to ask about the handwritten letters and she came back and said it might be tech
I said so u really don't know
She doesn't
I usually have so much pleasure dealing with this pharmacy even personal friendly calls asking how I'm doing when I was really sick
Right now I think it is messing with my insurance
They did this before
They said the script was sent out complete and they didn't fill the whole script but charged the pharmacy for while script
So their fraud or mess up whatever
Made me go without my life sustaining medicine
Anyway my doctor is calling because there is a serious mistake or theft or fraud
I'm very upset

Since I can't find anywhere to message Custom Care Pharmacy on their website or Facebook privately, I am posting here. There is someone who drives the Custom Care Pharmacy car around Milton PA who needs a wakeup call. They are often reckless, but tonight was the worst I ever saw. There was a road closure due to a festival downtown and the car was at a traffic light facing the closure. I was turning right on red, after stopping, assuming the car was going to turn right and not down the one way street toward my car. The person driving the company vehicle completed an illegal u-turn at a reckless speed and almost hit my car. They proceeded to drive way too fast down the road and hang a right hamd turn. If this is the kind of person who is endorsed to drive the company car, I understand why I hear negative things about their customer service all the time.

I have many issues especially since they went to the bubble packs and no longer Sunbury. Called a few times to tell them of medication in wrong times and repeatedly doing it anyway. Changing doses and not calling to see if it was correct like I was told would happen I have asked for years for phone calls only. Very rude customer service needless to say Very soon they will not have my business

I absolutely love Custom Care in Milton! Their entire team is beyond amazing. Paul the pharmacist is very helpful and knowledgable and their technicians are just as amazing! The red head and long haired brunette are always extremely kind and have everything ready for me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Custom Care!

As someone who is terminal, and has dealt with MANY pharmacies, I can honestly say I'm beyond thankful to have found Paul and Custom Care. I have never been treated with as much understanding, dedication, and respect as I have here. I recommend them to everyone and mean it with my entire heart. For the first time in my entire life I don't feel like a burden to my pharmacist, and the communication is top notch!

I went there to pick up a prescription that my Dr sent there. Paul was very rude like he used to be at CVS. He asked if I was transferring other prescriptions there. I told him IDK I can if you aren’t so rude. He continued to be ignorant and tell me they were losing money. I told him to keep his prescription. He was and always will be a jerk. I don’t recommend anyone going there.

They come from Milton to Ashland to deliver my medicine even if it's one one day and another one comes in the next day they'll come back with that one they're wonderful and the people who work there and the delivery people fantastic.

Worst pharmacy ever, gave them all my prescription numbers and didn't even notify when prescription list didn't match. they didn't fill my life sustaining medicine after I gave them the prescription numbers. I will be filing a complaint with governing agency. The staff including the owner were rude and ignorant on the phone and tried to blame my original pharmacy for there screw up.

All I did was talk to them on the phone. And the tone of the woman's voice as she talked to me was so rude she didn't even say goodbye she just hung up. And the day b4 the same lady walked by my husband several times as he stood there at the counter ignoring him. The pharmacist took care of him and when he did. He wasn't very nice either. As he announces it in a loud rude voice to the whole store while talking to my husband. "Did you decide what your going to do. Because there's nothing we can do for you". My husband just took his business elsewhere. He was embarrassed.
