This CVS pharmacy and store is pretty good and well organized. The service is great, with customers reporting they were in and out without having to wait really that long. There is plenty staff at the pharmacy during busy times so that nobody has a long waiting time for pickups. The employees are very nice up front. A specific pharmacist is noted for being genuinely kind, with empathy and compassion, and is a favorite. This pharmacist is always attentive, patient, and kind, greeting customers with a smile and being so friendly. An example shared is the pharmacist hurried to get a box of tissues for a customer, an act of kindness that meant a great deal. However, a contrasting opinion states that at the pharmacy so far everyone one customer went to was rude, with a feeling that if they don't like their job then they shouldn't work there. Despite this, the general sentiment is that everything else there is great. The staff is acknowledged for doing a great job and helping the sick. Well I haven't been at the CVS in Milton for a long time but I'd have to say the service was great I was in and out I didn't have to wait really that long and that's it
