Went in for tax advance. Was misinformed about what I need and wasn't notified about the misinformation before I showed up. On top of that the only way for the tax advance is to file in office at a cost of over $300 when I can file thru website for free. So watch for those hidden fees.

My experience with H and R block was good. I had options for scheduling my appointment. The service was really good. I would recommend anyone go there who wants help or someone to prepare their taxes.

Have been taking taxes here past couple years instead of doing online. Cost is a little more but less stressful... Dropped off taxes, will call me when ready to process them..

I was charged $199 to file a simple local, state & federal taxes. That's an unbelievable amount especially when turbo tax let's customers file for free. Last year I didn't pay half as much & had a private accountant sit down & explain things to me. These ppl explained NOTHING. I will never walk back in that building
