We just got back from Creative Customs after my son's car was in a bad accident. They guys there were incredibly helpful and even helped us empty the car and take pictures for insurance. We arrived close to closing time because we came from a distance and they were still very helpful and friendly. They helped make a bad situation better. Thanks, guys!

This is the first review I’ve ever wrote. The owner is a prick I drove tow truck for years and never treated a customer the way this guy dose. I explained I was laying in a hospital bed with a broken neck and back and if I could bring the money over myself I would.He then started to yell saying I was giving him attitude wouldn’t even give me a chance to explain anything. I eventually sent a friend over with the cash to just get it done with. I’d rather push my car then let this guy hook up to it. If I wasn’t in so much pain I woulda gave it right back to him.

We had a van that tipped over on its side and we called Creative Custom Towing. We have had many towing jobs done in the past with various companies but never before have we been charged 2000.00 dollars to tilt the van upright and tow it back to the station. That price was outrageous! We will never use them again.

Totaled my car and they came to get it for me and stored it for as long as I needed. Didn’t need to argue with the insurance company or them about anything they took care of it and they where very helpful with advice on what to do next since it was my first accident.

I took my truck to creative customs to have collision work and paint. The guys there do an unbelievable job. They communicated with me throughout the whole process and kept within my insurance quote. I could not be happier with their quality of work and professionalism. You will not be disappointed if you get repair work or custom work done here. Thanks for making my truck look better than new!

This company tried and successfully capitalized by withholding a disabled child’s 1200. custom car seat. Price paid...200.+title to vehicle. Sickening!!! And btw, it was illegal...73 PS Section 1971.3. Look specifically at Section f. Will be contacting the Attorney General’s Office.
