my package needed a signature so instead of coming to my front door… they instead messaged me saying they “couldn’t access” my house. i waited 2 days until i went and picked it up myself. pure laziness

Our mail carriers who deliver the mail are the absolute BEST anyone could ask for. People inside at desk could use a little PR training, but the carriers are wonderful!

9/23/24 took 6 different sizes and small packages to the post office, had issues with the person who was working, he was very unprofessional, rude,no customer friendly at all. He kept complaining about there's no room and that they just throw the boxes around when the get sent out. He shouldn't be working with customers, it's like he didn't want to do HIS JOB for the postal service, he's there only for a pay check. Also he engaged with a poor attitude right in front of other customers waiting to be taken care of. Will complain to the postmaster about his actions and will go somewhere else for better customer service. If could give no stars, I would.

I order a lot of things online and whenever there's an issue with not getting an item, it's always because of this post office. I went there one time and gave "The infamous Kevin" the tracking information and he told me I should call the police. I think he gets off on being a tool.

They said that they delivered my package on Friday, it is now Wednesday and I have not seen my package. It is the fact that they lied to me and said that the package was delivered when it was delivered upsets me even more.

I have had several packages that were to big for the mail box and when I went on Amazon to see if they arrived yet it says customer asked to keep at nearest pick up station even though I did not ask for that. the drivers are just lazy and don't want to be bothered pulling in my driveway to drop off packages.

i live where there are cluster boxes. i have been living at my home for almost 10 years now and they still are delivering mail that belongs to people who have lived here before me. i have called multiple times and told them still nothing has changed. Also i get packages and they put the key in the wrong box and then i never get my packages. This is ridiculous!!

Seriously. I had a package that was too big to deliver in the mailbox. Never even bothered to see if someone was home. I work from home so would have happily picked it up from my driveway. Now I have to go pick it up if they already not in process of returning the package. We received a notification from who sent the package that the package could not be delivered and we would receive a refund. For real. Customer Service sucks! I must have a new mail carrier because prior to that, she would bring it up to the house. I get maybe not bringing up to the house (we have a longer driveway) but we have signs posted at the bottom of the driveway to leave the package there. Come on people!

I am convinced I have the best USPS delivery driver in Berks County.... Jennifer goes above and beyond every day... We have daily package pick ups going out and just as many packages coming in... Never an issue... She is the BEST.......... Similarly, Mohnton post Office as a whole has never let me down over the last decade. I feel so fortunate to be serviced by them..... I see a lot of negative reviews, and I understand that experiences may vary, but I felt compelled to share my experience being it has been so good.
