I *might* be a little biased, but the staff at this specific bath and body works are so kind and helpful. They will make sure that your questions are answered as best as possible, even if it takes a village to do so.
The management team is also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I try to go back as much as possible! :D

I am not usually one to complain, especially on reviews, but this one is BAD. I went into this store, had about $30 worth of items that I wanted, and got to the register. Whoever was working behind the counter was incredibly rude to me. I was confused about thw rewards things, because I'm not great with technology, and so I was trying to figure it out, and this girl says "Are you slow? Can you hurry up? There are other people in line." Yes. I understand that. But she could have said that is a much nicer way, or even, you know, helped me out instead of insulting me? I said "forget this." And started walking away, and this girl says "Nice. Thanks for wasting my time." No. YOU wasted both of our time by being rude. I asked for her name and she would not let me know what her name is. (Which is a requirement to answer in customer service) she continued being rude, and then started freaking out saying "Oh my God. Don't touch me. I'm going to call the police. Help! Help!" Even though I never got more than 5 feet close to her. And this surprised me, because this is like a Karen thing to do, this girl was clearly a teenager-young adult. Super immature, I will not be using this B&BW location again, I never want to go through that again. (I only wanted her name to report her.) No, I am not a Karen, I am a teenager who is terrified of confrontation
