Erin provides excellent customer service and worked with us to lease two units. But the facility itself is not that great. Both units we had were dirty, the hallway was dirty (someone had something liquid in their unit that leaked under the door so the floor was wet) and the smoke alarm chirped the entire two months we rented. One of my units was handicapped accessible and the light didn’t work. I asked for the light to be looked at and they couldn’t look at it until right before we moved out. Units should be inspected prior to move-in. The parking spaces, including the handicapped space outside my building were covered in loose gravel and it made moving things & pushing the cart difficult. The gravel was isolated to that area and could have been cleaned up by the grounds people easily.

I was nervous to use a storage location as we build our home in Pa. Working with the woman at Brodhead Storage, she gave me a very family, kind vibe with quick responses to communication. I appreciate their understanding as they answer questions and how they email invoices and accept auto payment from a banking app (sends check). Very helpful and convenient. They have heaters that make visiting in the winter more pleasant.

The older woman not that nice but had her grandchild was helping and she was awesome. The younger lady owner is awesome and very helpful. The storage units are set up good and I feel safe with my things here. Reasonable prices and pretty great location.

Saw Brodhead Mini Storage online was located conviently and called office. Prices were good, staff was friendly and we couldnt have asked for more.

Had my stuff in there one year mold on must of it and musty smell on everything they said that's normal it just sold off

Our entire storage unit was covered in mold after 9 months. When I called to make them aware, I was told, that can happen if you move in while its humid and that is why you should have renters insurance. Well we moved our things in OCTOBER and we found out after we tried to file a claim because our ENTIRE house was in that storage unit that renters insurance DOES NOT cover mold. They also tried charging us another month after I gave them more then a months notice we where moving out. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Take a look at our leather sectional.

Had a 12 x 30 unit where everything was covered in mold. Stuff 6 feet in the air had mold on it. Basically add through my life away. Good thing they have a dumpster.
