Was at the cricket store in Monaco had problems with my phone and the young man that helped me ( ANISH ) HELPED ME. The young man did a fantastic job for me and got everything done way sooner than I expected. Anish Is a very respectful young man and a credit to this store.

I went in and thought it was going to take forever like it usually does when getting a new phone. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in and about 10 minutes later I left with a new phone carrier. Thank you so much Leroy for making this a very good experience!

Been a customer for over 10 yrs! Was a day late for the 1st time! They shut off phones with no notification, charged extra to get back on and took away HBO Max!!! 😡 Insane! I'm looking into using a different company now

Bishop was very helpful with 4 issues I had, including auto pay. He was very knowledgeable confident, and personable. I had a great experience. Again it was very helpful to an older, non-phone literate guy. Keep him around. Give him a pay raise or at least a free lunch. He made my day much easier. Thank you Cricket.

Bishop in monaca was extremely helpful in setting in up my new phone! He needs as raise!!Jill from monaca store helped me to decide on which new phone to go with and she was super knowledgeable on the options! Give her a raise too!!
