I like shopping at this location. The store is easy to navigate through, and they have a great selection of items. It’s never too busy, so staff are routinely available to help, when needed. Staff were also very friendly and the store appeared clean and organized. There is never any issues with parking as well.

They do NOT do online exchanges for sizing, returns only.
Before they use to reorder the item and ship it to the house.
Downfall!
If you're a scorecard member And use your reward bucks, you loose it if you need to exchange it at monace location. There is no exchange for online just returns :[

I was in search of a bicycle seat and purchased one at this location. A gentleman named Scott had assisted me. Scott said if I needed a certain bolt to let him know. Turns out I did on the next day I returned but Scott was off. I am getting up in the years and i was not feeling so hot but nevertheless I met the front sales a female named Taylor. Straight away she went to bat for me and hit a home run! I was introduced to Shawn and he also was very happy to help and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend store. I felt better ??

I bought a bike from them. The tires we're not even fully inflated. The front rim was barely hand tight. And the handle bars were not properly tightened. When I asked if the guy named Mike in charge of the bike department if he could put more air in the tires he refused to do so. I recommend that if you buy a bike from this store. Have it checked out by a professional bike shop.

we needed football pants real bad for the game the next morning at litterally 9:30 am. im a single dad with young kids, wr couldn't find the size, long story short after about 5 trips in amd out of the dressing room I finally asked for help, the employee looked, and then , at the last minute before we were about to give up, she had an idea..check the mannequin! low and behold the ONLYZ mannequin had the brand and size we wanted and needed!!! what are the odds! SHES a genius. then after that I had found ANOTHER item and needed a price check so I asked a DIFFERENT associate and she informed me, after giving me the price, that if I download the app I can do my own price check, and I was like, can I connect it to my number on file, and she CONTINUED to assist me. then the young fellow at the register also went above and beyond so I asked him the first person's name and told him the story and he said her name was Julia and I could shout her out specifically because she saved the game LITTERALLY !

Sports clothing the best, jerseys, tee's, sneakers, all good. They have sports equipment, fishing gear, kayaks. Good quality. You get what you pay for. Their rewards program is worth signing up for, you will get coupons.
