They call pharmacies for transfers for patients and the patients are totally unaware of this! Totally unprofessional and very confusing to the older population. Then the follow up is terrible confusing the patients even more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Would give 0 stars. I've had this pharmacy for less that 2 months and the will not refill my heart meds in time they give me a delivery date and say look for a email with the tracking number. But every time nothing comes. Theses meds are whats keeping me alive. I'm tempted to sue.

The pharmacy itself may be fine I dont know.The telemarketing crew and those involved in switching a patient to select is scandalous.Psyche patients have no idea what they have signed up for Generally ends in a total disaster! The telemarketers ride a fine line between flat out deception and exploitation of the mentally ill.

This is the poorest, unprofessional PharmacyI have ever dealt with. From Day 1, nothing but trouble. I am normally a chill person but I do not like dealing with incompetent pharmacies when it comes to my health. The list of complaints is long, I have them a second chance and they still mishandled my medications. This is a 30 day Pharmacy that only sends meds once a month. That is what they told me after I enrolled & had trouble! I never would have enrolled had I known this from the beginning. I am a nurse myself & after 44 years of my career, I say "Don't bother with Select Rx, u will regret it"!!

-0 stars Absolutely horrible my mother chose to use them the medicine wasn't going to be ready anywhere near time she takes medication that if she goes without will induce seizures they acted as if that part didn't even matter I stayed on hold for about 45 mins while they said they was going to call the pharmacy my mother normally uses for her medicine what they didn't know is that pharmacy was already closed and had been closed for some time they got back on the phone saying the pharmacy said this and that till I said how did they say any of that they have been closed for over an hour the lady quickly said "oh well that's all I can help you with today if you have any further needs feel free to call us back" then click hung up on me people playing with others medication can end people up deathly I'll or worse

You cannot get through to the pharmacy. I was on hold for 49 minutes then it disconnected I called again and was on hold 15 minutes then it went to voicemail. I tried 2 more times and still didn't get through to who I needed to speak with. And I am a provider.

I made a horrible mistake signing up with Select Rx. One of my worst experiences ever. Select Quote owns Select Rx. Select Quote is a life insurance co. that's trying to be Pharmacy Benifits Manager.There is so much that is unacceptable I can't list everything.DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!
