I had to call and report the receptionist. She was beyond rude. Repeatedly called me dumb. Wouldn't do her basic job and pretended she didnt know how to do it. Another receptionist helped me. That made the white haired old lady even more upset. She literally refused to let me pay a mortgage. She told me she only worked there a month but I have had repeated issues with her anytime I was forced to let her serve. Zero respect zero customer service. 100% entitlement. She has to be family or something to be that emboldened to treat people that way. I will be calling corporate every month until something is done about her. Call me karen. Idc

8.5/10 A slight pain in the neck to get ahold of over the phone and their internal communication could use some work but other than that they’re all around very polite and helpful people to work with
