I love this location. The girls are all so friendly. Started by taking my daughter for a cut for summer and since then my other daughter and myself have went back. I love that I can check in and run my errands if they're busy. I've found our new place for cuts

This place has improved significantly since my last review 4 years ago. I recommend getting your haircut here. Customer service great. You are greeted with a smile when you arrive and when you leave, every time. The hairdressers personable and attentive. Plus they have great deals through email.

My daughter came in for a cut (she was with other family) and the lady who did her hair was SO RUDE and the cut was AWFUL. She told my daughter that she “thinks she knows what she’s doing since she’s been doing hair for 39 years” since my daughter wanted face framing layers. Her hair is choppy and so uneven. It took her 10 minutes and she was “done”. She didn’t style it or blow dry it so she left with a wet head. I don’t not recommend this place

If you know what’s good for you DO NOT GO To great clips in Monaca pa. Both of my kids just need a fade and a little of the top of their hair. They cut my one sons perm right out of his hair im fuming about this. A both of my boys look like a two year old cut their hair it was so uneven it’s awful. Never ever again will my family ever go there. Stay away from the girl with black hair and glasses my cat can cut hair better. If you do go ask for Gina or Trish . Stay away from anyone cutting hair in the far end of the shop.

whats the point of online check when ur people don't use it and do what they want and its normal shop opened up a little bit ago a break 15 mins after ever hair cut. never go back ever

I cannot believe how much they messed my hair up, hands down the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. Stay away from the 40-50 year old short orange haired lady. Quite literally have my hair all different lengths and multiple sections she didn’t even cut. Worst experience I’ve ever had. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Update - had a blind guy from the elder home fix my haircut the best he could, and I’m gonna have to get neck tattoos to keep people from looking at my butchered hair cut.

The manager was rude and unprofessional.
Communication and expectations management were poor. Stylist told customer she could do a style. Manager interrupted **mid style** to stop the process halfway complete.
Rather than correcting an employee to the side she did it in front of all other customers and stylists. It was humiliating for customer and stylist who tried to keep the situation as low key and quiet as possible rather than making even more of a scene than was already occurring.
On top of that customer was still expected to pay for that half-service.
Stylist was lovely. Manager should be reprimanded or fired.
