Horrible. What’s the point of making an appointment when they absolutely do not honor your appointment time. There’s absolutely no reason for a place to take over 30 minutes to acknowledge someone who has made an appointment. I can PROMISE you’re better off taking your own photos for how long you need to wait again even WITH an appointment. If you do decide to subject yourself to the continued torture of waiting with a toddler waaay past your appointment time then you should absolutely book for photos here. Otherwise do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and DO NOT GET PHOTOS DONE HERE!!!

Left the store with a security tag on my dress and it never beeped when I left the store . I was all the way in Niagara Falls about to be picked up in 20 minutes to get married when I got dressed and realized the security tag was on. I called and talked to somebody named kathy who seemed super nice but after going in today and having it removed the manager names Melanie I think didn't seem to care or even seem apologetic. Not only was my wedding day ruined but I also had to deal with coming back to the store . I told her the women I talked to was going to address it and wanted to see the receipt this lady didn't want to see it and don't offer me a gift card for any inconvenience . I know accidents happen but don't put them in weird placesThat employees don't know to take themOff then. Super Disappointed and I know I'mOnly one little person but I will be posting this in my social media and telling everybody I work with not to shop there . Karma always gets backTo the right people so the Cashier better hope something similar don't happen to her kids one day or herself. She was literally talking to other employees and customers and basically ignoring meWhile taking the tag off and just handed itTo me like I just didn't say it was on and I had to leave to go get married . Super upset and disappointed and disrespectful

We have been here three times, the first time and most recent time, Jenn, did our baby’s pictures and we also got family Christmas photos done this time. Jenn was very good with our baby and tried to make her smile and laugh. She also gives directions for people like me that don’t know how to pose. I wasn’t impressed with the girl that did her photos the second time but Jenn doesn’t disappoint! She makes sure to get at least a few good photos. Out of about 30 photos in our digital album, I LOVE at least 10 of them and like most of them. There’s only a few that I don’t care for(that’s what happens when working with a baby though). I really enjoyed her, I just felt so bad for her and other customers because JCP has them schedule appointments only 15 minutes apart(which is NOT the photographers fault) and it caused her to run WAY behind. Our appointment was at 1:00 and we didn’t get pictures taken until around 2:30. For the price and the beautiful photos we got though, it was worth it and overall I’m extremely pleased.

Terrible experience. I waited forever with my one year old while someone in front us took so long to pick out their pictures. Then the photographer didn't even apologize or ask if we wanted our pictures done while the other lady was picking hers out. We got back there and my daughter screamed because it was already way past our appointment and the photographer just sat there and stared at us and didn’t try to engage or anything. Would never go back here.

As you probably already know, JCPenney is a department store that sells clothing, shoes, accessories, and jewelry, as well as home products for the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. When I visited this location, I thought that the inventory of clothing for juniors and misses was large--so many dozens of racks! I picked out two pairs of slippers and two shirts that were on sale, and the total price for all four items was only $47. The items appear to be a good quality and should last a long time. The checkout process went smoothly. I am giving a neutral rating, because I shop at JCPenney about once per year, and I generally prefer other stores' clothing.

This place was horrible! We had a great experience at another location that is currently closed so we thought we would try the Beaver Valley Mall studio. The entire experience was aggravating from the start! We waited over 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. With an almost two year old this is a near impossible feat, we were off to a less than stellar start. We had to bring all of our own props too, so after chasing our daughter around the store with an arms full of decorations for close to an hour, we were all pretty on edge. When they finally called us into the room the photographer barely uttered two sentences. She didn’t address my kids, gave them no direction, didn’t try to get them to smile, NOTHING!! She had no personality and no customer service skills!! We ended up leaving within ten minutes, empty handed and extremely displeased!

This place deserves ZERO STARS if that was possible! We had maternity pictures scheduled and they cancelled our session after only being a few minutes late. We still had at least 15 minutes in our scheduled time but the photographer took the next appointment after us EARLY instead! The staff was extremely rude about it too! We’ve gotten pictures taken at the Robinson location and had no problems, but this one at the Beaver Valley Mall was HORRIBLE. Schedule elsewhere!

I took my niece to get her 1st Christmas pictures taken. I did all the posing , the photographer was ok but didn't really do much in the way of trying to get her to smile, ( she's 2 month old). Also she said she was going to take a picture of the baby's outfit to use as a background for a special item and she didn't. The pictures were ok but I feel that if the photographer put in more effort, they could have been a lot better. Next time i'll use a private photographer.

If I could give them a ZERO, I would. Absolutely horrible experience. We took our 2 children ages 3 and 1 for holiday photos. Our appt was at 3, didnt get in til 330. The "photographer" had no skill or personality, no props were offered or used, she didnt even try to get my kids to smile. Their pictures were worse than those I'd take at home myself. Then we waited well over an hour to even view them. My kids were tired and hungry and crying and nobody even apologized for the wait. Then he wouldn't let me even use my coupon and said it was only good if you bought a larger package. I will never ever go back there.

Brought my son in for a deep conditioning and split ends and our hairstylist was Anntona it's our first visit so our appointment went well and I will go back for a visit
