Ordered a shower faucet set online for 102.87 not including tax. I retirbed it today but did not have the correct credit card on me. I accepted store credit at 76.89. I was in no mood to ask questions. I haven't liked lowes for years! Regret dealing with them.

Patrick at the Pro Desk is exceptional! Not only did he recommend better savings, his service was tremendous. The guy personally helped me load 130 pieces of lumber onto my truck. WHO DOES THAT anymore? Great store!

Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. They never have anything you need and if you ask for help they either ignore you all together or it takes 45 minutes to get help.

Long time and faithful customers, but today may have been the straw that broke the camel's back. We were shopping for vent-free gas logs, which are listed on the website. We walk in, and were "greeted" by an older sales lady, "What are you looking for?" When I mentioned gas logs she said, "No. we don't sell those here." As I started to tell her that they were on the website, she said (as though English was not my language) "We DO. NOT. SELL. THOSE. HERE." She did say that we could look on the patio if we wished. Well, well, well...guess what was on the shelf? Yep! The very thing she said they DID NOT SELL. And it gets better...we go to check out - another older woman who looked unfamiliar...wasn't able to give us the military discount, stating we "weren't in the system". Mind you, we have been customers for years. After a mildly heated discussion, she said she couldn't go back in the transaction and change anything. In my feeble mind, you could cancel aforementioned transaction and start over, or just ADMIT YOU HAD NO IDEA WTF YOU WERE DOING.Lowe's - ya lost a sale - we left the cart at the register and walked out. Idiot is probably still waiting for us to come back. We'll think twice before shopping at the Monaca store again!

I like Lowes. Good selection and prices. But the service is awful. On this occasion at this Lowes, I was in the flooring department. In the next row, were three Lowes employees; one on a ladder and two on the floor. In my row, two ladies walked behind me, did something, an alarm went off, they quickly left. The alarm continued. No one came. Then one of the threesome on the row next to me, I mentioned the alarm, he rolled his eyes and kept walking. I gave up. I needed help with an order, went over to the threesome (he had rejoined them) and waited for a break in their Halloween conversation. There was none. And they repositioned themselves to not look at me. So I interrupted asking if one of them could assist me. They told me that the flooring girl should be along shortly. I found her. Just the usual Lowes experience.

Lowes store help does not acknowledge your presence when making eye contact when you obviously need help he immediately left the area as soon as he helped 1 customer so I left with out purchasing anything sale is a sale and no sale is no sale better training for this un helpful employee needed in the hardware department between 5:45 and 6:15 Sunday 30th October !!Worth no Stars !!

This store is among the worst big box stores I've ever dealt with. If they ever were to get my order correct, I think I would drop over dead. I'm a contractor and deal with multiple suppliers every week. This particular Lowes is the worst of the worst.

Whatever you're looking for, they won't have it. Trying to get some assistance is like pulling teeth in this place. Plan on wasting at least an hour of your day looking for a cart, assistance, and/or the product you're searching for. Save the trip and take your business elsewhere.

I was totally impressed with customer service at the Monaca Lowes. From the speed of their notification that my online order was ready to pick up. Also the ease of the actual pick up process. They completely blow Home Depot away. I canceled my purchase at Home Depot because of two problems with same order. Also an employee there named Ian who went out of his way to help my wife and I find ez door hangers. He is a great representative of the Lowes in Monaca. I will buy all my needs from this store.

Lowe's itself not a good store for helping but today Jake in lumber was a super hero to me he was helpful and understanding Jake gets a five star review but the store itself 3 half the staff is not friendly and the walk past you as if they don't even see you I got to Lowe's literally at 11:00 a.m. and all I need it with some lumber cut thanks to Jake not mad at him but it is now 2:00 p.m. and him just leaving our laws do you know how much work I could have got done at home if somebody would just helped me instead say oh yeah will call somebody I'll be right back in nothing Forget the fact that they are close and convenience locally I rather travel miles before going to another Lowe's unless I'm going to look for J to help me but instead of making excuses for impolite workers just do something about this isn't my 1st bad experience ever time I go for a quick pickup same thing Jake is to good to work there but just maybe if the get more workers like him Lowe's could be a better store to shop in

This Lowes provided by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Came to buy some flooring and needed to speak with a store rep. After 30 minutes and having to speak to 6...count em, 6...different employees who all made it someone else's job to assist me, I gave up and left. I could not believe the dismissive attitude of all the associates. I ended up going to Home Depot instead and was helped instantly. Do yourself a favor, shop Home Depot instead.
