Visited this Lowe’s last week to pick up lumber with my husband. Zach, an employee passing by us, offered to help my husband pick out and load the lumber onto our cart since it was myself helping him out. Zach went above and beyond with helping us and we couldn’t have appreciated it more.

I usually wouldnt give a bad rating but I have to. These associates need TRAININGS on how to help people and better their experience. I shop here a great deal and everytime the associates are either nowhere to be found, unable/unwilling to help, or just flat out rude. A little training goes a long way. I hope to see things improve. It seems it has gotten bad in the last few years. Maybe im okd school, idk, but take a look at somewhere like Menards. Its night and day

Anytime I’ve come here to for custom orders or curbside pickup, there is a huge chance I’ll be here waiting for an hour. Sometimes it fast, sometimes it’s really slow. When I go in for store pickup sometimes they clock the order out before it’s finished

45 minutes (that’s at the time of writing review)for one gallon of paint from their swatches. I cannot fathom asking for something unique. Management walked by numerous times, no offer of help or assistance to the paint worker.

I went to Monaca because my local Lowes did not have the item I needed in stock. I found the employees I dealt with to be very friendly and helpful from getting the plumbing item onto a cart, checking out, and loading it into my vehicle. Another employee joined to assist in loading. He informed me of his plan, did it quickly, and shook my hand when he was done.

I come here often to get home improvement needs. I went in the weekend of Memorial Day to buy some paint and they had a very old lady working the counter. I got 2 gallons of light blue and she got the dark blue pigment spilled all around the whole rim of the bucket and just puts the lid on and half wipes it up, when I get open and open it the dark blue dye dripped all in the can making it a tie dye off dark and light blue. I just wanted to swap it for one that was made properly and it was a process of returning it instead of just giving them the one they messed up and getting one that I was led to believe I was purchasing the first time. Anyways, I get back to my house with the new paint made by someone else and it was all fine but, the original 2 nd can that I open made by the old lady was not even mixed all the way! It was so bad but after 2 trips to Lowe’s I chalked it up as a loss. Very disappointed that they would have someone working an area that requires skill when they clearly should have been watching the self check out stations instead

This is absolutely the worst Lowe’s around for a month I been coming here and getting fencing and tried to buy a kennel but couldn’t get no one to wait on us then when I come today to get more fencing the workers here were rude and took a half hr to bring me 5 pieces of fencing
