I have been with the New Alliance credit union for over 20 years purchased cars, have credit cards etc., and have been pleased over the years. However, today the experience I had with Liv was very unprofessional. Poor customer service etiquette, needs training. New Alliance is changing especially for people of color.

So I stopped in and opened a personal checking account today. Unbelievable service from the staff. My teller Alexa Grosskopf was absolutely amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure all my banking needs were met. I will be opening an account for my business with the Customer service I received today!!!5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They are always friendly, and the staff always knows my name when I come through the doors. Ben is always smiling when you walk in, and all the desks are decorated, it always looks great. Especially the superhero stuff. Makes mine and my husband's day every time.

Great family friendly credit union. Usually going to a banking establishment is a chore, but being greeted at the Monaca (Center Twp) branch by Ben B, it makes it all worthwhile. He gets the job done in a quick manner!Plus he has a rather impressive collection of Marvel figures at his computer. He emphasizes putting the customer first.
