I'm not really sure when your company decided to allow your employees to belittle and shame a customer while trying to purchase an gerbil. The way that lady talked and treated us was EXTREMELY UNCALLED FOR! You told me I had to have a 40 gallon tank to buy 1 but yet the tank you have them in is DEFINITELY NOT a 40 gallon with numerous gerbils in 1 tank but yet I couldn't buy 2 🤔 I spent over $200 to be treated like trash DO BETTER

I looked in the training class. Trainer wasn't giving any instruction. Disappointed seeing so many leash pops by the owners.

I used to live in Tampa Florida and disliked Petsmart until I moved up here by this Monaca location. This location is fabulous I love the staff, i love our Vet and all the Banfield staff, and I LOVE the groomers. All are so plesent and show my animals love. I have yet to meet someone without a smile and who doesnt just LOVE animals there so 5 stars from me all the way! Best location I have ever been at!

I really enjoy PetSmart however the prices seem to get getting a little outrageous and it seems every PetSmart is understaffed. It can be quite a wait at times to get service. However the staff they do have ate wonderful,kind,and courteous!

They have an ok selection of pet supplies.
However I am scared to buy fish from them because of how many dead fish I saw in one tank. Not sure if it's a bad supplier or it's because they starved to be death having 10 plecos in one tank

Store is very large with a decent selection, prices are on the higher side but that's what happens when there are no other pet supplies in a 20 minute radius. Reptile food is lacking and very often sold out, need to check shelf labels, they put new labels over old labels.

Just seen you throw your old fish away in dumpster still alive? I mean idk about monaca but I just seen a video of PetSmart with about 30 beta cups in a dumpster. Sad that's betas already live in the smallest cup as is

The groomers at this location were very rough with my dog, they injured her ears and we had to get an ointment to make it better. The vet we went to said her ears were cut hundreds of times. Absolutely ridiculous for the price paid. Our dog was terrified and injured. Absolutely not something you want from a professional environment

PetSmart groomers are very good. My dog is hyper but they still do a good job at grooming her. I would recommend them for grooming services.
