“I was nervous to use a storage location as we build our home in Pa. Working with the woman at Brodhead Storage, she gave me a very family, kind vibe with quick responses to communication. I appreciate their understanding as they answer questions and how they email invoices and accept auto payment from a banking app (sends check). Very helpful and convenient. They have heaters that make visiting in the winter more pleasant.”

“The employees at all 3 locations (monaca pa and both places at in monroeville pa) where very attentive and nice. The locations were clean and accommodating for all my needs. Everything was available for when I needed it. The drop off location was very nice and helpful in returning the truck and sending me to my correct storage place. Thank you guys!”
