Shoe Dept. Encore is a nice store with an awesome selection of shoes at an affordable price. Prices are reasonable with many low price options, a bargain bin, and many different brands to choose from, from sandals to boots. There is a lot of selection for all sizes. The store is very clean with plenty of seats around to try on shoes and a small childrens seating area with a t.v. The staff is nice and friendly. The service provided was great and above and beyond, with staff being patient and sweet, helping to find the best and most comfortable fitting shoes. They are wonderful, providing great customer service even when the store appears to have much staff.
