Scammers. I went in to T-Mobile at Beaver Valley Mall to replace 2 phones. The girl told me she had a deal to give me 3 phones and a free tablet. They then added over $100 in monthly charges to my bill, without so much as mentioning it. When I went back, they said their system had changed and couldn't even access my account. I got it straightened out on the phone with customer service, but I would avoid this store at all costs.

I was having issues with constant virus notifications on my phone and I figured someone at the store would be able to tell me how to solve this problem.You would think they would know something since they're in the phone business and deal with phone issues everyday. I was told to get rid of some of my apps, which I did when I got home, and it did absolutely nothing to get rid of these annoying virus notifications. He and another employee were talking, so.I felt the more questions I asked, I was bothering him. You can tell when someone genuinely wants to help you.I went home and looked it up myself trying different things and I finally figured out how to do this myself.I expected a lot more from the employees from T-mobile....smh!!

T-mobile may be OK, but this store isnt t-mobile. This is a 3rd party retailer. Its worth the drive to Cranberry to go to a real store

There was multiple issues with this place. The guy greeting at the door said there was a black friday promotion for ipads and apple watches. So we went in to check things out because a phone needed upgraded anyways. I got this lady that was horrible. She never disclosed what the phone will cost each month. She said the watch was was a price and the guy at the door said a different price. She never said that the watched would have it's own line and that my credit would be ran for it or that it had a monthly plan. She tried to add stuff to my bill like a case with out asking if we wanted one orbto pick one out. Just grabbed it and added it. I'm so upset with the way things were handled.

I was considering upgrading my phone, but ultimately said no thank you and left, but the manager came out into the mall corridor and said "If I could get that phone for you for $300 off, would you take that deal?" I said sure, and signed for the phone on the basis of that deal. But lone behold, two weeks later I look into my account, and the phone is posted to my account at full price and my new monthly payment is $20 more than what they promised. I thought okay, I'll resolve this with them, must be a mistake. Nope, that manager that swindled me doesn't actually work at that store, and everyone who did try to help me passed the buck to someone else. I talked to multiple people, including corporate, and everyone had a new excuse why they couldn't help me, the last guy even promised to call me back with a resolution and never did. I'm done with T-Mobile, and suggest people save their time and money by buying a phone outright online and using a third party carrier.

Our rep was Italy. Amazing experience. She was friendly and helpful. I went in to get a cell phone case for my new iPhone. The service was so good I got a charger block, invisible glass and a watch for my 8 year old. I would suggest this store to anyone. This is what a brick and mortar store is for….amazing customer service.

Horrible customer service when u try to cancel service they make u call the phillipines and make u stay until they decide to email u return label which they cant help u in store.id stay far away from this company they dont value tge customer at all and wont try to help u navigate their process at all.

Brought my friend in to get a new phone. He's had a few small strokes, but our sales rep, Italy, was great. Only complaint was the store manager pulled her away from us while activating new service to check someone out instead of doing it himself. Very rude and unprofessional. Italy was great. Thanks for helping us.

Liars!!!!!! They scam every person who walks thru the doors!!! Horrible service and tons of lies just to get your money. You call for help and they either hang up on you or don't answer the phone at all. As far as I'm concerned all cell phone stores are horrible this one just so happens to be #1 when it comes to sucking ass!!!

Very poor service, no one knows what they are doing, went in to switch the internet to t-mobile and the girl put in all the wrong information and didn't tell us anything, we went back to get it fixed and Dasia was the ONLY person to actually try to help us, unfortunately she was left in the store alone without anyone else for hours by her manager (even the manager left) so she couldn't do much at the time, we then went back a few days later to talk to her and make sense of things and Italy kept cutting us off and giving attitude. The manager had also said something about credit towards our next bill but that was also never given, they need to re-train everyone in that store except for Dasia, I would give this place 0/5 if possible but I can't.
