I am very disappointed with the Monaca T-Mobile Store as I went in to look at upgrading my cell phone which I did purchase. She also assumed that I wanted all the accessories and told me I needed them. The associate also up sold a device in stating it was free without informing me of activation fees and the monthly service fee that would be involved with getting a new device. When I got home and looked at the charges on the receipt realized this was not free. Went back to the store less than 3 hours later and then was charged a restocking and they are argued in the store with other customers present about the so called free tablet and the restocking fee. I will be very careful to never be in that store again. Store number #4649 in Monaca PA on Wagner Road. Only giving a star because it won't post without it.

Had a good experience with this store, honestly. Amanda was the nicest worker and I can tell she's ACTUALLY serious about her job. Nice environment too, I could honestly stop there anytime I get crumbl!

The assistant manager told me i could come back and talk to the manager ralph when he got back from vacation and had enough time from when i bought my phone to do so. He lied to me and then when ralph called him he lied to ralph. I feel like I was at a car dealership, the person who was nice to me to get me to buy was rude when I came back in. This is not a corporate store. If you want to switch to Tmobile go to cranberry. They are corporate and explained everything that the monaca store wanted to hide.

One of the standout features of this store is undoubtedly the incredible staff, and in particular, the manager, Seth. Let me tell you, Seth is an absolute gem! His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to providing top-notch customer service are truly commendable. He went above and beyond to assist me with all of my questions and concerns, making sure I left the store with a smile on my face.Seth's expertise and patience in explaining the various T-Mobile plans and options were greatly appreciated. He took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored a plan that suited me perfectly, all while ensuring I got the best value for my money. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart.The store itself is well-organized and clean.

The manager, Seth, gave me replacement router. I was to get a return label. I waited about a week never received. Checked my account and discovered that he actually added another line without my permission( second time now that store has added a line without my knowledge) Waited another week and phoned T-Mobile. Explained what was going on. They were shocked at the experience as that is not their practice. Was told to take it in. I did and Seth was completely rude and unhelpful. Refused to take router back. When I said to him you haven't apologized for you have done the responded with, "I don't have to apologize, I didn't do anything wrong" Even after I show him the line he added. Whaaat????Placed a call and customer service emailed me a label. Problem resolved ? No. It gets worse.A week later we had no internet service. He cancelled our account completely. I launched another complaint. This is ridiculous. So I had to get everything restored including our discounted plan. T-Mobile has not reached out. Not sure an apology is good enough. Been with T mobile for ten years. No more. Don't go to this store or at the very least don't deal with Seth.

Ralph the manager is very unprofessional and should not be a manager at all.He is rude, not willing to help and his appearance as a T-Mobile manager is not acceptable. I would not recommend coming to this location.

I don’t mean to single this location out. It’s T-Mobile I have a problem with. Before T-M swallowed Sprint last year, we were Sprint customers for many years. We hadn’t upgraded our phones for over 3 years, and went to renew our phones and our service, but what we were offered was laughable. We were apparently penalized for waiting too long to upgrade, as we were told our phones were too old to be offered a reasonable deal on an upgrade. Between my bride and me, we were expected to front over a grand for new iPhones. Thanks, but NO. We are currently poking around for a new cell phone carrier. Bye-bye, T-Mobile.

I went to the Monaca T Mobile store to switch from Verizon. Ralph was very helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions during the hours long process to switch carriers. I can now use my phone at my house, which I couldn't do previously with Verizon. Thank you T Mobile and Ralph.
