We’ve rented a truck from this location a couple of times while moving into our new house, and let me just say: the real star of the show is Nick.
He may look a little grumpy at first (the man has perfected the art of the no-nonsense stare), but don’t let that fool you. He’s a straight shooter, efficient, and honestly a real wiz at what he does.
If you’re looking for someone who gets you in, gets you out, and keeps things running like magic, go see Nick. ✨

Nick is a completely unprofessional, genuinely mean person. Ill be filing a corporate complaint, and potentially a police complaint against this branch. Would never recommend renting from here or working at this location while Nick is still employed.

Van was under 1/4 tank when I picked it up. Location should have brought it up to minimum mark. Make sure to check your fuel and milage before you leave the lot.

I rented a cargo van to move a mattress a very short distance. Did not need a large vehicle.
First I was having issues with my phone connecting online to check in via mobile device. So I went inside to just check in at the counter. Nick didn’t greet me. Looked moody. I explained I was having issues and needed to check in. He told me try again or else I couldn’t get my van. I know that’s a lie because I can check in at the desk at any other location.
Then Nick the manager came out to tell me I couldn’t have both kids in van since it was a 2 seater. I didn’t argue. Didn’t do anything combative. I simply told my 16 year old to go grab breakfast at BK across the parking lot and I would be back shortly to get him when I was done.
My son walked to bk. I got out and closed the door since it wasn’t closed tight. As I walked back into the driver side here comes nick again stalking over to the van. Not friendly in anyway. I rolled the window down for him to say “so what’s the plan?” Confused I said “I’m gonna go move my mattress “ he said “no where is the other kid” even though it wasn’t any of his business at that point I only had one passenger I told him I sent him to bk to eat and wait for me. He told me no. He told me that I was gonna go pick him up when I pulled away. Even though those words never left my mouth. And my son was already at bk. I told him I didn’t see the problem my son was clearly old enough to do that and I as his mother can allow him to he told me he was cancelling my rental. I asked for a receipt he never brought it out
10 min later we realized my other son left his phone in the van. Passenger side. I went back and the van had already been moved So I went inside and here comes nick with the phone and receipt. He made no effort to bring the receipt to me before and didn’t have the customer service skills to call me at the number on the receipt about my son’s phone either.
As other comments show this isn’t an isolated incident with him being a poor customer service person especially in a manager position. I wouldn’t deal with them again if it was free or even if I was paid.

Took my vehicle here for a hitch installation. Hitch installation went smooth and quick, and the staff I interacted with was friendly but this location seemed very unorganized. When I walked into pick up the vehicle and told them my name, they first pulled up the wrong account and bill. When we eventually got on the right bill, I paid and they handed me keys that weren't mine. After some confusion of wondering if one of the mechanics still had my keys in his pocket, someone found the key randomly laying on a counter.
I got home (over 30 minutes away as this was the closest hitch install location from me) and realized I was charged for a ball and pin in addition to the hitch install, but there was no ball and pin on my vehicle or left in the vehicle (granted I should have checked and reviewed the bill before leaving). Because I live so far, I called several times that day to see if I could just have the amount for the ball and pin refunded to the card I purchased on but no one picked up at the location so I kept getting rerouted to uhaul customer service, where I was told they could refund it to my card but the uhual location I went to would have to do it. Uhaul customer service transferred me back to the dealership, but of course no one answered so it sent me back to the uhaul customer service line again. After several days of this repeatedly happening, I finally got ahold of someone at the location and was told that they could probably refund the ball and pin I didn't receive but that a manager would have to handle it and since no manager was in, they would make a note to have the manager give me a call. I never received a call back.
At this point I've decided it's not worth the amount of time I've invested trying to get the refund back for the ball and pin, but the whole process was very frustrating. Not sure I would trust this location enough to ever take another vehicle to them for anything.

I just handled a highly frustrating issue with the call center at this local branch. I was openly frustrated because **the call center hasn't provided anywhere close to five star service and I hope they stop centralizing the local counters in a better way than currently being done**
I was dealt with quickly and matter of factly. If I had handled the problem of an angry me on another job as well as they did and no one said anything about it, I'd be mad. I don't think they believed me when I said I wasn't angry at them and I don't think they cared. I think they wanted an upset customer dealt with and to that end they did a good job so I said so.

Nice to have a big uhaul facility near me. The storage unit is very secure, has an alarm system that alerts you if your unit is opened when you're not there. Have rented trucks, vans and everything in between. Easy to reschedule with the app or by calling them directly.

DO NOT EVER take your personal vehicle to this branch. I had my vehicle in to have a hitch and wiring ran for it. After going through the most unprofessional process of scheduling. When I finally picked my van up I shortly realized that my Electrical components were fried. I understand mistakes are made. But nobody at this branch or upper management would do anything to help correct the mistakes they made. My vehicle was taken to a 3rd party mechanic and he confirmed the mistakes that were made. Obviously, Nick, the manager and Chris, the mechanic are under qualified. Thank God Rep-west insurance was professional and reliable.
