This was by far the worst bank experience I’ve ever had. I came into this branch with my mother because she needed some information from her bank and then out of no where these two woman show up questioning myself and making it seem like I’m taking advantage of my mother … ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?? They even made my mother cry and tried to take her into a different room to speak to her craziest experience ive ever had in my 50 plus years on earth safe to say we will no longer be banking with them. Attached is a phone of one of the woman so you know who NOT to speak to.

Extremely unprofessional. Not licensed. Not familiar with finance or banking. Stay far away from the 2 ladies that work there. They refused to give me their names. They coerced an elderly client of mine and took advantage of her.

Horrible bank. I tried to help my client purchase a life insurance policy. Citizens bank told us over the phone we needed to come in to get that information. When we arrived they pulled her aside and tried to sell her life insurance. I’m filing a lawsuit against the bank in the next few days
