I was customer for years, but Larry, he don’t care though. I came to do vehicle inspections, Larry was not there, but one of his staff and another person told me to wait him and make an appointment, the following day when I met Larry he told me that he don’t do inspections anymore since his license expired. Who is telling the true, him or his mechanics who contradicted him? No worries, I will get someone else to do the job better and with higher customer value.

took my blazer there to be fixed. before i took it i had a conversation with larry about what was wrong with it. first of all, he came off not real friendly and was acting annoyed. i told him i need a leaf spring, the wheel is cambered, and the brakes are locking up on me. dropped it off on friday to him just for him to tell me he doesn’t do springs. he should’ve told me that the first day. then he calls me 30 mins before closing on friday and said it needs an ABS module and he doesn’t do those. and the guys couldn’t see anything wrong with it for the wheel to be cambered. clearly, they didn’t look. what taking my car to this garage was, was just a huge waste of time. and then i get charged 27$ for diagnostic. which is stupid cause i could’ve taken it to autozone and they would’ve hooked the computer up to it for free. all those awards on the walls you’d think these guys could pull somethin out of it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is by far the best place in the Monongahela Valley, if not in the entire state of Pennsylvania. I have been coming here for over 20 years. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. They are professional experienced mechanics, the work performed is of the highest quality, and the prices are very reasonable. I trust them 100% with all my life. They always go above and beyond. Franks Service Garage is the best place in the Valley!!! I love both my trucks, and still have them because of Larry, Ron, George, and Phil helping!! They have serviced all my trucks with expertise, and there isn't a better crew to help you. They work hard, and they work with you on what you need done. I have never had an issue with the 7 vehicles I have had worked on. My Dad, my Mom, and my Nana trust them, and uses them for any work on their vehicles.
